Dear Mr Thomas

Freedom of Information Request: 029 2021

Thank you for your request received by Sevenoaks District Council on 1
February 2021.

In relation to your enquiry, please find the Council’s response set out
below.

Your enquiry was:

Please provide all correspondence during 2020 between all departments at
Sevenoaks District Council and Freshwater developments limited

Our response:

We have attached a copy of an invite for a virtual exhibition received by
few staff members sent on behalf of Freshwater Developments.

On the 1 October 2020, Cllr Fleming and an Officer had an on-line meeting
with Freshwater’s Planning Consultant (Freeths). This was a courtesy
meeting with the Council in light of the pre-planning consultation
exercise they had launched. We believe they may have also met with
Sevenoaks Town Council too. They went over their consultation material,
which was publically available through the website they established for
their consultation exercise. Their presentation was noted and we provided
them with a verbal update of the Council’s regeneration aspirations for
the wider area.

In November 2020 our Communication Team had some dealings with
Freshwater’s agent about a shop wrap on the empty Tesco site in Sevenoaks.

Any other information held is attached.
