Please provide copies of all correspondence, emails and notes of meetings concerning the two letters sent by the Hampsthwaite Action group: (1) pointing out the lack of a Screening Opinion and (2) comments on the Screening Opinion request made by Johnson Mowatt.
The case officer was asked to draft a response to the two letters you describe, which was sent by the chief planner and published on Public Access (https://uniformonline.harrogate.gov.uk/o...) against planning ref 17/03437/OUTMAJ on the 10th November. There are no correspondence/emails/notes which contains any discussion on the matter beyond that which was sent in the response.
