Freedom of Information Act 2000
May I initially apologise for the lengthy delay in our responding to your
request.
I am writing to clarify your request, in order to assist you, I can tell
you that we hold the information you have requested for the period from 7
August 2023 but not before ( i.e. 1 June 2023 ) this is because the
previous Director of Children's Services retired in July 2023 and we are
unable to access her correspondence, the Interim Director was in post from
7 August and I wanted to confirm the above with you and ask whether a
response covering 7 August 2023 through to 28 September 2023 is acceptable
to you.
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 05/01/2024. Please note that
the clock has now stopped on your request, and will restart once a
response from you is received, therefore your original target response
date is no longer valid.
If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed. If a response is received after this date, this will be logged as
a new request.
