Dear Grace Foster,

Thank you for the request you made on 28^th September 2023 seeking the
following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA):

1. Please provide copies of any correspondence (letters and email chains)
between the CEO of your trust and the Department for Education (DfE)
between the 1st June 2023 and present.

2. Please provide copies of any correspondence (letters and email chains)

We believe that this request has been made under a pseudonym as we note
from WhatDoTheyKnow that your account has been suspended on the grounds
of: “Banned for evading another ban.”

Please note that Section 8(1)(b) of the FOIA states that the real name of
the applicant must be used when requesting information and not any other
name, for example, a pseudonym. Since such requests do not satisfy the
definition of a request for information contained in section 8(1)(b) of
the Act, we do not consider that the right to information contained in
section 1 is engaged.

To consider your request under the FOIA, we require confirmation of your
real name. Once you provide this information, we will aim to send you a
full response to your request within 20 school days or 60 working days if
