1. Please provide copies of any correspondence (letters and email chains) between the CEO of your trust and the Department for Education (DfE) between the 1st June 2023 and present.

2. Please provide copies of any correspondence (letters and email chains) between your chair of trustees and the Department for Education (DfE) between the 1st June 2023 and present.

I understand that you will need to redact names, contact information and other personal data, I also understand if other sensitive or confidential information needs to be redacted as well.

Please respond within 20 days as per the freedom of Information Act.

I write further in this matter following your FOI Request dated 28^th
September where you requested information about correspondence between
staff and governors at between the Trust and the DfE as acknowledged
below.

 

From our preliminary assessment, we will not be able to answer your
request without further clarification.

 

We require further information in order to identify and locate the
information you have asked for. It would be useful to know if there is
specific information that you require, including any key words to search.

 

Once you have clarified your request, we will be able to begin to process
your request. If we do not receive clarification within three months, your
request will be considered to have lapsed.

 

Please note that under section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act
2000, a public authority need not comply with a request unless any further
information reasonably required to locate the information is supplied.
