I am writing to request an internal review of Warrington Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'correspondence between the council and the builders of Hadleigh close great sankey warrington'.

I requested information and correspondence between the council and Taylor Wimpey regarding the adoption of Hadleigh close (Formerly known as "Stocks Meadow") This estate was built in 1997 and has still not been adopted. According to Taylor Wimpey they are "Working closely with Warrington borough council to resolve this issue"

The reply to my request is now long overdue and my last request for an internal review has not even received an acknowledgement, therefore unless I receive a response forthwith I will forward my request and your lack of response to the F.O.I .C.
