Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), which 
was received in our office on 13 September 2023. You requested information from the Kent Catholic 
Schools’ Partnership (‘the Trust’), and I provide our responses below to the information you have 
requested: 
 
Under the freedom of information act please can you provide a copy of al  email chains 
between the CEO of your Trust and Priestley Col ege (a col ege in Warrington in Cheshire that 
is part of another academy trust cal ed The Chal enge Academy Trust) between the 1st April 
2023 and present. I understand that you wil  need to redact personal information and also 
potential y other information. 
Answer: There has been no correspondence between the CEO of our Trust and Priestley Col ege. 
 
Additional y, under the freedom of information act please can you provide a copy of al  email 
chains between the CEO of your Trust and James Gresty (James is the principal of Priestley 
Col ege) between the 1st April 2023 and present. I understand that you wil  need to redact 
personal information and also potential y other information. Please include emails sent to 
James’s work email as well as James’s personal email as long as they were sent from the 
CEO’s work email address. 
Answer: There has been no correspondence between the CEO of our Trust and James Gresty, 
Principal of Priestley College. 
 
If you are unhappy with this response and believe that the Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership has not 
complied with legislation, you have 40 working days from the date of this response to ask for a review.
