education bill, which we received on 15/01/18.
Please find below, Sheffield City Council’s response to your request:
As this request covers the same information as your request of the 5^th
January 2018, i.e. correspondence with other Local Authorities on this
issue; in that case named specifically as Staffordshire County Council. It
is considered that this request is repeated under the spirit of Section
14(2) as a case in currently in progress (our reference FOI 1542 – link

it appears disproportionate to provide a further case/ response when your
other request is outstanding.
