Dear Mr Nature,

We write further to your request for information submitted on the 13^th
August 2019 as follows:

‘Please release all correspondence (including email, telephone and post)
between Fiorenzo Sauro of Enzo Homes and Rob Stewart.

It was revealed in the local press that emails had been spent between the
pair. Please release them all, with no date limits.’

We can confirm that your request is being considered under the
Environmental Information Regulations which regulate requests for
information which concern matters affecting the land.

We seek to clarify the scope of your request. We believe the recent press
articles to which you refer relate to the criminal proceedings against
Enzo Homes. Our clarifying questions are as follows:-

1.     Are you seeking the correspondence between the two individuals
named in so far as it relates to the felling of the Redwood tree at
Penllergaer site and subsequent prosecution? The request to cover any date
range.

Or

2.     Are you seeking  the correspondence between the two individuals
named for any matter (not limited to the Redwood tree issue and its
prosecution) and for all date ranges?

The above information will assist in locating and retrieving the
information requested.
