In response:

The Information Commissioner’s Office have indicated that all enquiries relating to planning information not contained on a public register are to be dealt with under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (‘EIR’).

I have asked the case officer to review all documentation held in relation to the case that was not already published via our public access site, the Councils online register of planning applications. I can confirm that all information that can be published (i.e. that which does not contain personal information, or internal communications – which are exempted under the Act) is available to view. This information is published via the documents tab on Public Access :
