Dear Mr Carter,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8627819

Thank you for your request for information received on 15^th April 2019,
in which you asked for the following:

Please supply copies of all correspondence – from 3^rd May 2018 to date –
between—on the one hand—the London Borough of Haringey and, on the other
hand, Transport for London or the Secretary of State for Transport, in
connection with the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) for the Seven Sisters
Market.

My response is as follows:

The only correspondence between the London Borough of Haringey and
Transport for London of the Secretary of State for Transport in relation
to the Wards Corner Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) from 3^rd May 2018 to
date has been the CPO confirmation notification.

On the 23^rd January 2019; the Secretary of State issued a decision,
confirming ‘The London Borough of Haringey (Wards Corner Regeneration
Project) Compulsory Purchase Order 2016’.

On 27^th February 2019; along with all potentially affected parties, the
Council served London Underground Limited (LUL) (a wholly owned subsidiary
of Transport for London) with a CPO confirmation letter and notice. A copy
of the template letter and notice that were issued by the Council to LUL
is attached.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Feedback
and Information Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of
this response.)

Yours sincerely,

Neil Taylor
