Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
Please disclose all correspondence and communications between the DHSC and Plymouth City Council relating to health and social care funding for Plymouth. An example is a letter sent to Victoria Atkins MP and referred to in a council news release published on 22nd December 2023 ('Council calls for Plymouth to receive fair share of health and social care funding').

Please include all correspondence and communication between DHSC and the council relating to this invitation to Ms Atkins MP to visit Plymouth, and any subsequent communications between you addressing the concerns raised in the council's news release.
