Correspondence between DHSC and Plymouth City Council on health and social care funding for Plymouth

Please disclose all correspondence and communications between the DHSC and Plymouth City Council relating to health and social care funding for Plymouth. An example is a letter sent to Victoria Atkins MP and referred to in a council news release published on 22nd December 2023 ('Council calls for Plymouth to receive fair share of health and social care funding').

Thank you for your reply and request for clarification.
On your first point, I request disclosure of communication between DHSC officials as well as communication between DHSC and Plymouth City Council.
On your second point, Plymouth City Council announced on 22nd December 2023 that the invitation had been issued (see link below), so assuming there was not a long delay before news of this was published I would suggest a starting date of on or around 10th December 2023.

I can find no public record of any visit taking place so would assume the period of correspondence would not be any longer than around three months, ie until early March 2024. Please note these suggestions are approximate.
