Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Haringey Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Correspondence between Alto Property Investments Limited and Haringey Council'.

In your reply of 2nd October 2018, you say that you do not possess any correspondence (written or verbal) between Alto Property Investments Limited (or agents thereof) and Haringey Borough Council. However, planning application HGY/2015/0773 --- online here: http://www.planningservices.haringey.gov... --- involved Alto Property Investments Limited as the primary developer. It is impossible that agents of Alto Property Investments Limited were not in correspondence with Haringey Council. Indirect proof of such correspondence has in fact already been disclosed by your offices in previous FOI Requests.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Justin Katko

Haringey Borough Council
