Dear Makoon Taylamay,

The reply to my FOI request contains no correspondence between ADA Architects and Haringey Council. It is difficult to believe that this can be correct. ADA Architects has made several planning applications on properties within Haringey, through Mr. David Alton (ADA Architects, 129, Kings Road, Halstead, Essex, C09 1HJ). Recently

In June of this year, a recent application made by Mr. Alton, which would turn the T. Chances community centre at 399-401 High Road (N17 6QN) into flats with no provision for community usage, was removed from Haringey's planning portal without explanation, even before the consultation period had come to an end. To now be told by the same Council that they hold no correspondence between themselves and Mr. Alton's company is obviously absurd.

I hereby renew my FOI Request, and ask for copies of all correspondence between Mr. David Alton and Haringey Council's planning service.

Yours sincerely,

Justin Katko

Dear Pietikainen Sirkku,

Thank you for your reply.

The two emails sent by Makoon Taylamay both attach the same three word documents, none of which contain any of the correspondence requested. The attached documents merely contain email threads sent between Council employees in pursuit of the requested information; one of the threads even seems to interpret the queried party "ADA Architects" as being the architects who designed ADA (the National College for Digital Skills). Curious.

I continue to await the requested correspondence.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Justin Katko

Dear Pietikainen Sirkku,

With apologies, I have discovered many more attachments than the three described in my previous email. I shall now attend to those. Thank you for your reply.

Yours sincerely,

Justin Katko
