Correspondence about 'poor driving incident'

michael edwards made this Freedom of Information request to Telford and Wrekin Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Telford and Wrekin Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for all documents (other than emails to or from me) relating to an incident of poor driving, and the subsequent exchanges about risk assessments and reduction of risk, with one of Telford & Wrekin Council's refuse or recycling lorries. The incident was one that Julie Taylor, of Telford & Wrekin Council, sent an email to me about on 03 November 2016 at 09:35 titled "Poor driving incident".

I am particularly interested in documents sent or received by Julie about the incident and subsequent discussion with the supplier of these services to Telford & Wrekin Council.

I am also interested in any internal Telford & Wrekin Council documents about this incident and the subsequent exchanges that Julie and I had. For example any documents where Julie sent comment to others in Telford & Wrekin Council, where others passed comment back or on to others, etc...

Yours faithfully,

Michael Edwards
