FOI, Electoral Commission

Dear Mr Brawley,

I am emailing to seek clarification from you regarding your request under
the Freedom of Information Act.

Whilst we hold information relating to ‘advice issued to [entities listed
in your email]’, we are unclear about your request for “advice issued to
the Electoral Commission in 2016”. Please can you tell us what you mean by
this?

Secondly, under request “c”, you cite Veterans for Leave as the entity
relating to the request, however the Commission is unaware of an entity
existing with this name. Given the context of your email, we have taken
your request to be regarding the organisation Veterans for Britain. Please
inform us in your response to this email if you were referring to another
entity.

The period of twenty working days will begin from the date we receive
clarification.  If we do not receive clarification by 26 April 2018, we
will close this request.

Yours sincerely,
