We have searched our records and some of the information you have
requested is held by Brent Council, however, this information is being
withheld under Regulation 12(3) (personal data of a person other than the
applicant) of the Environmental Regulations 2004. Regulation 12 (3) is not
subject to the public interest test.

 

We have attached all correspondence with Brent Cycling Campaign, but
personal names have been redacted.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have
