YOUR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION  
I am writing in respect of your follow up request for information (ATI) dated 26 June 2018        
under the provisions of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) (2004). 
 
You requested NRW to provide you with: 
Copies of all documents including minutes, correspondence,  notes, emails etc 
dealing with the use of the ABP sewer situated in David Davies Road as to it 
suitability to accept the discharge of large quantities of waste from the incinerator site 
and whether there was a pump situated at the bottom of Cory Way with a possible 
overflow into the dock.  
 
Please see all correspondence held on the above in the attached file. Please note we have 
redacted third party personal data. It is the view of Natural Resources Wales that disclosure 
of personal data would contravene the General Data Protection Regulation(2018) and is 
exempt from disclosure under regulation 13 of the Environmental Information Regulation 
(2004).  
 
We now consider that we have complied with your request. However, if you are dissatisfied 
with  our  response  you  are  entitled  to  pursue  this  matter  through  our  appeals  procedure,  a
