Dear Mr Carruthers
With reference to your FOI request ref 8049698
Please can you give an example of the
'flawed environmental information that the City of Norwich Council has
introduced into its own information infrastructure and that of others'.
A link to the webpage/s where the information has been posted would be
very helpful
Norwich City Council holds a great deal of environmental information which
is the responsibility of many teams.
Once we know the nature of the information I can ensure your request
reaches the correct officer.
Kind regards
FOI Team
Norwich City Council
Dear Tullett, Sue,
Potentially flawed environmental information would relate to:
anything provided by the Council in a LLC1 or CON29 response by the Council that is not in accordance with other Council records.. this would include all dispositions that could be made to HM Land Registry
Yours sincerely,
Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS
Dear Mr Carruthers,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.
Request

Dear FOI QUERIES,
I am seeking copies of your procedures... not to go on a merry go round of officers.. the information could include for instance registration of land by the Council's lawyers without deeds. I'm sure that they would claim that they did no wrong... in the knowledge that there is no third party right of complaint against a lawyer to the Legal Services Ombudsman.. etc.. etc
Yours sincerely,
Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS
