Correction of a Judgement
Dear Ministry of Justice,
I ask that you confirm or deny that you hold information relating to circumstances where (a) a District Judge or (b) a Circuit Judge having handed down a Judgement in a matter subsequently, sometime later, recognises that the Judgement was wrong in law permits
1. The Hearing to be re-opened/re-visited such that a replacement, contrary Judgement may be issued
2. A correct(ed) Judgement to issued by some other means.
If your response is in the affirmative I ask that you provide copies of the relevant information, please.
Yours faithfully,
Michael Piesse
Dear Ministry of Justice,
I believe my request should have been met by the 16th April, please?
Yours faithfully,
Michael Piesse
