I can confirm that the search for the information you requested has been
completed and I can advise you of the following:

• Please find attached a copy of the individual performance agreements
template and our Service Plans for all service areas. 
• The Transformation Framework referred to in the Plan is not a document
but a collective term for activities which will transform our
organisation with digital as an enabler and service redesign. The term
should have said ‘in development’ next to it and we apologise if this
was misleading.
• The plans for -People Vision, SMART Digital Strategy 2021 – 2024 and
Equality, diversity and inclusion improvement are currently in
development.
• The information for some of the plans that you have requested is
