2. Number of employees in relation to those companies as detailed in question 1. If not available, please provide relevant info e.g. small, small to medium, medium and large.
3. Number of companies charged with Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011,and pending and Directors charged in association, detailing number of employees or as detailed in question 2.
4. Verdicts and penalties awarded as detailed in question 3, equating these with number of employees or as detailed in question 2.
5. Number of companies investigated under Question one where alternative charges were brought other than under Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act.

is not held by the Health & Safety Executive. HSE is not responsible for
taking manslaughter prosecutions, but the information you requested may be
held by the Crown Prosecution Service and the Crown Office and Procurator
Fiscal Service.
