Request Under The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (“The Act”)

 

Thank you for your correspondence where you asked for the following
information:

 

 

“Dear Glasgow City Council,

 

Please can you provide me with information concerning the maintenance of
your corporate estate i.e. operational buildings, land and any other
property (e.g. investment) and schools, if they are within your
jurisdiction. Not any social housing/dwellings.

 

Q1. What type of maintenance management model does your organisation use?
E.g. Managed supply-chain, single hard-fm & soft-fm contractor, internal
workforce, principal contractor etc.

 

Q2. Can you provide a list of the approved contractors used?

 

Q3. What are the total values of contracts granted?

 

Q4. When do these contracts expire?

 

Q5. What services are provided in each contract?

 

Q6. What procurement method was used? E.g. Open ITT, Framework if so,
which one?”

 

 

 

Please clarify the following information:

 

Can you please confirm how far back you require this information for i.e.
 6 months, 1 year and so on?

 

 

We would be grateful if you could provide this clarified information as
quickly as possible in order to allow us to process your request.  Please
note that if we do not receive this information, we will be unable to
respond to your request.

 

We would be grateful if you could respond within four weeks from today.

 

In accordance with the Act, once we receive the clarification that we
require from you, we will respond to your request as quickly as possible
and within 20 working days. 

 

Please note that the 20-working day timeframe will begin on the first
working day after the date that we receive your clarification. Please note
that public holidays which are recognised by the Office of the Scottish
Information Commissioner, together with Saturdays and Sundays, do not
count as working days.

 

We would advise you that if you believe that your request is already clear
enough, you have the right to ask us to review our decision to seek this
clarification from you.
