Dear West London NHS Trust,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of West London NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Coroners Rule 43'.
ICO guidance says: "As long as an authority draws the attention of the applicant to the scheme such that it is clear how the requested information can be accessed, its obligations in this respect will generally be fulfilled."
You provide a link to the Trust website which is generic and has multiple strands of information. But there is no specific link for past Trust board papers which date back to 2010. Please review and provide a specific link in line with ICO guidelines
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
Yours faithfully,
Dr Amit Mukherjee
