Coronavirus Support From Business scheme
Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would like to receive information regarding bids submitted under the Coronavirus Support From Business scheme: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus-support-f...
Specifically I would like to receive:
1) A copy of the bid/s submitted and a copy of the correspondence confirming the outcome of bid by the following companies:
Ayanda Capital Limited
Uniserve Limited
Initia Ventures Limited
P14 Medical Limited
Randox Laboratories Ltd
Total Productivity Solutions
2) Please can you confirm how many bids were received through the Coronavirus Support From Business scheme and how many were successful.
3) Please can you confirm the make-up of the government team that decided which bids through the Coronavirus Support From Business scheme should be successful, including the number of people in the team and the job titles of the people working in it.
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this letter. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request.
