Aspire – £22,000 per annum (ceasing permanently after this year, finishes
31/3/23 with no option to renew)

Microsoft Dynamics – covered under enterprise agreement, individual
licence costs paid annually, for current year as follows:

After evaluating the EOL for our current version of Microsoft Dynamics,
the council is seeking a replacement digital platform and is currently
undertaking a competitive procurement exercise.

We intend to review our options for HR/Payroll in the next 12 months

Business Objects and Power BI

the extension options?      

 

Costs for Business Objects instances included in contract for related
major systems, not billed for separately. There is a limited use of BI in
the authority and licence for Power BI is £2k per annum to 31/03/23

 

Do you have any plans to review (upgrade/change) this system?         

 

Use of Power BI is currently under review

 

Do you have any plans to migrate to a fully integrated, fully cloud-based
back-office system in the next two years?    

 

 N/A at this stage, options will be considered once BI review has been
completed.
