Re: Freedom of Information Request

 

Thank you for your email where you requested information about Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) or Finance systems.  Please accept my apology for
the delay in responding.

 

The Council do not use an ERP system.

Our CRM is Jadu CXM, the total cost for the solution £22800 including
hosting and UAT management. The contract runs from 06/12/2021 to
05/12/2022 and we have the option to extend this on an annual basis. There
are no plans to review this system at present.

We do not use an SCM system.

We do not use an EPM system.

Our HR and Payroll system is Chris21 (we also have an additional user
module HR21). The total cost for this contract is £14,236.32 and the
contract runs from 06/11/2022 to 05/11/2023. We have the option to extend
this on an annual basis. There are no plans to review this system at
present.

Our Business Intelligence system is Microsoft PowerBI. We do not pay for
this exclusively as it forms part of our Microsoft Enterprise agreement
which, incorporates a significant amount of other features. The cost of
the overall contract is £88972.86 and the contract runs from 01/08/2021 to
31/07/2024. We have no plans to review this contract at present.

 

Our Finance system (details included in Portfolio Holder report published
June 2021

1) Civica Financials
2) Contract expires on 29 June 2024 (with a possible 2 year extension
period) - total costs over the period of contract £151,606
3) System will be reviewed and periodic updates will be made, no current
plans to change the system
