Core Standards for EPRR ratings. Sent July 2023.

William Wetherell made this Freedom of Information request to NHS England Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Waiting for an internal review by NHS England of their handling of this request.

William Wetherell

Dear NHS England

Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the numerical ratings of the following NHS acute Trusts against the NHS England Core Standards for Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) for 2021-22, excluding those standards that are part of the “Deep Dive”.

Please note that for each Trust I am requesting numerical records of the total number of Core Standards applicable, the number of Standards with which the Trust is fully compliant, the number of Standards with which the Trust is partially compliant and the number of Standards with which the Trust is non compliant.

This information should be readily available to NHS England's regional EPRR teams though the EPRR annual assurance process. I am requesting this information from NHS England rather than the Trusts or Integrated Care Boards because I would like the information held by NHS England at the end of the EPRR annual assurance process.

I have reason to believe NHS England holds numerical records these numerical records because I have made similar requests for numerical records of Core Standards for EPRR 2021-22 and NHS England has provided numerical records. Details are given here:

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

However, If NHS England does not hold the level of detail I requested then I would like the EPRR ratings at whatever level of detail NHS England does hold.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of NHS England's handling of my FOI request 'Core Standards for EPRR ratings. Sent July 2023.'.

NHS England has stated that for West Hertfordshire Hospitals Trust there were 64 applicable Core Standards with 0 rated fully compliant, 0 rated partially compliant and 0 rated non compliant. This is arithmetically impossible. Please review the quality of the information you have provided.
