In recent Freedom of Information Requests you state : “Case work start to finish” is a module ‘all social workers are required to complete upon joining the organisation which will be completed within the first six months.

1. Please supply a full copy of this module

2. Please supply completion rates of this module year on year since made available by Cafcass to FCA’s breaking information down into each service area

3. What year did this module become a core module requiring completion within the FCA’s first six months

4.Are FCA’s who were employed before this module was available required to complete it

5. Is every FCA expected regardless of when they were employed expected to have completed this module
