Further to my earlier e-mails, please find attached the Practice Advice on the Core Investigative Doctrine. This was published in 2005 and is widely available on the internet. It was decommissioned in 2013 but I attach a copy for ease of reference.

I understand that there is a 2012 version which incorporates the Equality Act 2010. The version disclosed is the 2010 version.
