Copy of your Horizon Staff Intranet website...

The request was refused by UK Border Agency.

Dear UK Border Agency / Home Office,

http://horizon.gws.gsi.gov.uk/portal/sit...

Can I please request a copy of the website located at this URL. I made a simular request for the CSA's Online Proceedures which was provided to myself - within just a couple of days.

I am sure you are aware of my home address already via Rob Whiteman, however if you require me to provide my home address to post a DVD etc feel free to request it via [email address] [note: This email address should only be used if you require my home address... All other responses please reply to the email address provided!]

I am aware that the actual website itself may contain code ETC which would make it "difficult" to export to another medium.

However, I would not expect yourselves to provide a functional copy of the website (Despite the fact that the CSA did provide it to myself). [i can setup a private server ETC to view the website an make ammendments to view it myself - if the code is not easily exported to another server/dns zone etc [ I can modify my private DNS server to redirect horizon.gws.gsi.gov.uk to another machine on my local network ETC :) ]

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear Freedom Of Information Team ( IND ),

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Response to this request is delayed. By law, UK Border Agency should normally have responded promptly and by 21 June 2013....

I note that I filed my PAP letter to yourselves including this request on 21/6/13...

You have until 5th july to comply and respond, otherwise JR will begin...

I note: you have confirmed receipt of the request... and i know for a fact that the request is valid...

also, i note that my request would not amount to an inconvenience etc... (I actually made my request as simple as possible and simply a "copy and paste" (or copy and burn to DVD(s)) job...

If you want to accept this as a request for internal review, thats fine... however I will be filing for JR on the AM of 8th July

Yours sincerely,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear UK Border Agency,

re 27634...

internal review please

1) request clearly not vexatious... I limited my request to a simple case of copy and paste... such a request clearly taking a matter of minutes in man hours...

2) reply was over the legislative 20 working day timeline.

...

I also expect to receive all information RE: why you consider it vexatious. along with any information you have used to support your allegations.

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear UK Border Agency,

"The majority of Mr Pearsall‟s requests are directly or indirectly related to his wife‟s immigration status. She is a non-EEA family member of a British Citizen, Mr Pearsall being that British Citizen." < surely a paragraph such as this breaches the Data Protection Act considering that the home office are well aware that the responses are published on a public website...

"part of a campaign"... REALLY?

Also, it might come as a massive supprise, but of course my FOI requests to yourselves will be related to immigration matters... After all, thats what the Home Department (Home Office) deals with - Immigration Matters...

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Pearsall

Mr Hussain seemed like to copy & paste a lot recently....
Why is there a need to be so defensive???

I believe there is a strong public interest related to many of Mr Pearsall's requests
