FoI request: Please kindly provide a copy of your duty (not a discretion) in establishing, following “failed safeguarding visits” whether or not claimants have “good cause” for failing to attend mandatory job centre appointments.

S16 Advice and assistance: Do you solely rely on the claimant to provide evidence of 'good cause' despite the fact they may be in no condition to do so?
