Julian Todd made this Freedom of Information request to Liverpool City Council This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Liverpool City Council should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

From the document entitled "Corporate improvement: monthly summary performance report: October 2009"

http://www.liverpool.gov.uk/Images/tcm21...

I read:

"Progress: 90% of HoBUs have now responded to the request to provide information to the update of the Corporate Contracts Register."

I can find few other references to this Contracts Register.

If this Contracts Register is not available on-line, please may I be sent a complete copy of its current data.

Yours faithfully,

Julian Todd

Dear Fatima Sharif Ali,

Thank you for your reply on 26 February to my FOI request for the Corporate Contracts Register.

I have followed the instructions given at the bottom of the page you referred me to and was shown a register of contracts from a website known as "The Vault".

Unfortunately, the information that is available to me through this website is incomplete as it omits the name of the Contractors.

For example, the following contract, described as "Banking", starting on 01/04/2005, and running to 31/03/2010, with an estimated total value of £400k, doesn't even mention the name of the bank! http://tinyurl.com/yfkqeuj

I know there is a Contracts Register containing this information, on account of a statement by Wendy Twigge on 28 July 2009 in her response to FOI Request 68927:

"After extensive checks to both the Corporate Contracts Register and the city council's financial system and I can confirm that Liverpool City Council does not have any contracts with either Northgate Information Systems or Northgate Arinso"

Clearly, such a Register would need to contain the name of the contractor for it to be checked for contracts with Northgate.

Please may I have a copy of the Corporate Contracts Register that is complete insofar as the information that is available to the Council. Even if this information is -- for some unexplained reason -- password protected on The Vault website.

Yours sincerely,

Julian Todd

Dear Liverpool City Council,
