Dear Requests,

Thank you for your reply

However both planning application references you gave me contain none of the information I requested. The reference N/2020/0127 is an extension to someones house and contains no diversion order. The reference N/2020/0112 is a diversion order but not the one I requested. I am after the diversion order called: (Public Bridleway BH4 (Part ) in the Parish of West Hunsbury in the Borough of Northampton, Public Path Diversion Order 2020. This was advertised in the Chronicle and Echo of 23 July. The advertisement states it's available on your website link https://www.northampton.gov.uk/planning, which it isn't. I'd by happy if you could direct me to a application showing on a map the route to be diverted or indeed the diversion order as advertised.

Yours sincerely,

Derek Butters

Requests, Northampton Borough Council

Good afternoon Mr Butters

Following checks by the Council the Chronicle and Echo have confirmed that
the Council’s planning service did not have any adverts in the paper
published on 23 July.  Maybe it was an advert by Northamptonshire County
Council, the Highways Authority for Northamptonshire?  Do you hold a copy
of the advert so the Council can investigate this further for you please?

With kind regards

Dear Requests,

I've uploaded the advert to Google Docs. Top left. It's a Northampton order as far as I'm aware.
