I write to request a video copy of the full online traffic management scheme meeting arranged by the council, which took place via Microsoft Teams on 25 September, 2023.

Please provide this in a format that is easy to access and download, preferably MP4.

Please also provide me with minutes taken for the same meeting and any subsequent internal correspondence made concerning it that have already been produced as at the date of my request.

Please advise why responding to my simple request of forwarding me a recording of the event is delayed.

Failure to provide this to me will result in yet another complaint being made to the ICO.

I am still awaiting a response to my request for a copy of the online traffic management scheme meeting which took place on 25 September 2023, despite assurances this would be delivered by today, albeit rather late.

Please could you advise why there have been such a severe delay in sending me a simple, unedited video recording.

Failure to provide this within the next 7 days will result in a complaint being forwarded to the Information Commissioner's Office.
