copy of Lambert Smith Hampton valuation report in respect of freehold interest (Land at Saughall Massie Road)
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
Wirral Council last year paid £1,200 (£1,000 +VAT) to Lambert Smith Hampton for a Valuation Report in respect of the freehold interest in the land at Saughall Massie Road, Saughall Massie, Wirral. The costs of this Valuation Report were split 50/50 with Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority.
This is a request for a copy of that Valuation Report by Lambert Smith Hampton.
As the costs of the Valuation Report were shared with Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority I would also like to know if the Valuation Report was shared with Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority before the Cabinet made the decision to lease the land on 27th November 2017.
I consider this to be a request under the Environmental Information Regulations as defined by regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as it is information that Wirral Council holds in written form on the land it owns at this location.
As regulation 6(1) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 allows me to specify the format in which the environmental information is provided I am requesting the Valuation Report is provided in an electronic format in response to this request.
I remind you of your duty under regulation 9(1) to provide advice and assistance to those who make EIR requests.
Dear Mr Brace
Further to your request under the Environmental Information Regulations
2004 detailed below, please find attached the requested report.
