Dear Mr McLean,
Freedom of Information Request Reference No: 2011120275
Thank you for your request for information about:
Copies of all emails, letters, memos., and contemporaneous notes of
telephone calls SENT and RECEIVED by your Mr Steve Newman between the
Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and the Department of Work & Pensions
(DWP) concerning FOI requests that I have made.
Your request was received on 12 December 2011 and I am dealing with it
under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act).
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and
electronic records, I have established that the information you requested
is not held by the Health & Safety Executive. I have not been in contact
with DWP over this matter, because your previous requests concerned
requests for information held by HSE. In response to those requests HSE
informed you that we did not hold any information, so under the Act there
was no reason for me to contact DWP.
If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.
If you are unhappy with the decisions made by HSE you may ask for an
internal review within two calendar months of the date of this letter by
writing to me.
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
