Dear Mr McKillop
Thank you for your request for a copy of the governing document in respect
of Farley Village Hall, registered charity number 305515.
Governing documents for registered charities are in the public domain. A
request for a charity’s governing document does not therefore constitute a

of the governing document, we will provide it on request.
Our records show that Farley Village Hall is governed by a Conveyance
dated 5 July 1967. A copy of this document has been attached to this
email.
We also hold a Vesting Order dated 12 March 1968, vesting title to the
charity’s property in the Official Custodian for Charities. A copy of this
Order has also been attached to this email.
We trust that this information will be of assistance to you.
Yours sincerely
