Copy of any TTRO or other order currently in force permitting motor vehicle traffic through Cowley LTN on Littlemore Road

Oxfordshire County Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Please could you share a copy of any TTRO or other order currently in force that modifies the LTN TRO last updated in December 2022 [0] which causes motor vehicle traffic to be temporarily permitted through the Cowley LTN on Littlemore Road, or otherwise report that no such order exists?

Explanatory context:

I was surprised to see this week that some laminated notices[1] have been posted over some of the motor-vehicles-prohibited signage on the Littlemore Road LTN, apparently indicating that that the wooden bollard that was sabotaged will not be immediately replaced so as to deliberately allow the passage of motor traffic.

Per a note posted at the top of https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/residents..., this note does appear to be authentic. I'm trying to understand whether the motor vehicle drivers passing the LTN are doing so lawfully.

(Apologies if TTROs are published somewhere online and I missed them; I did have had a look but could not find any details. If there is such a resource, please could you let me know where it can be found?)

Many thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Yours faithfully,
David McBride
