Copy of alleged initial Notice of Intended Prosecution preceding Notice number 0033050222696020

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Cumbria Police and Crime Panel should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Cumbria Police and Crime Panel,

I have received a named drivers intended Notice of Prosecution number 0033050222696020.
I was the driver but not the owner, and the owner denies ever receiving the initial Notice preceding this that was alleged served on the keepers address within the statutory period for such an initial Notice.
Please provide a copy by return under the FOI to my address below.
