Dear Kent County Council,

Thank you for your response. There a few problems with the data you have provided:

* The document FOI110438 Response redacted.pdf is actually the same document as FOI110396 Response redacted.pdf . FOI110438 Response redacted.pdf is therefore missing

* FOI111345 Response redacted.pdf refers to a pdf that contains the information which does not appear to have been attached to the response and is therefore missing.

* FOI 11 1426 Response.pdf references a pdf containing the data which appears to be missing

* FOI 11 1398 Response.pdf references a pdf containing the data which appears to be missing

* FOI 11 1728 Response redacted.pdf refers to a spreadsheet containing the data which is not attached

* FOI 11 1738 Response redacted.pdf seems to be a partial response to the request and not the full response.

I appreciate I have request copies of many different requests, and hope that you are able to provide / correct the missing information.

Thanks

Yours faithfully,

A Manuel

It appears to me that the Kent CC are somewhat inconsistent with their FOI decisions,IE they can release all this information but cannot release one single page of the PFI school data which I requested.
I wonder what they ate hiding
