Dear Bristol City Council,
In september 2018 Councillor Mhairi Threlfall made a written statement that the following documents were completed by the Council and were being considered by the Highways team in regard to the Grade II Listed green iron bridge on Kings Weston Road.
-Topographic Survey
-Intrusive investigation
-Paint testing
-Principal Inspection and reporting including production of detailed drawing
-Production of Works Information for bridge removal and dismantling
-Issue of Listed consent application for the above
-Heritage Statement

It has been two years since it was damaged by a lorry, and it continues to get hit. As a Council Owned structure the city is responsible for its conservation and repair.

1. Please provide me with copies of all of the above documents under the provisions of the the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

2. Also under the provisions of the the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) please provide minutes of the "progress meeting" that Ms Threfall referred to in her statement.

3. Finally, Ms Threfall stated in May "“currently the aim is to finish the assessments by July and then engage with the community (perhaps a workshop or meeting) about the costed options and to consider the next steps”. Please provide details of the scope and programme for this community engagement.

Yours faithfully,

Edward Reeve
