Copies of letters written by Cllr Phil Davies ro James Brokenshire
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
Cllr Phil Davies has gone on record saying that he has written to James Brokenshire, Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, twice recently in regard to Wirral's local plan, and specifically in regard to the greenbelt review and the house building target.
The second letter has been reported as both a challenge to the figures imposed by Government but also a request for permission to use recently produced ONS figures.
It is very much in the public interest that these two letters are released to the public, and I hereby request unredacted copies of both under the Freedom of Information Act.
Yours faithfully,
Timothy Watson
