Copies of Jobcentre Complex Needs Plans for Universal Credit Full Service

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I understand that all Jobcentres have written procedures for dealing with universal Credit claims for persons who are considered to be vulnerable. I understand that these are referred to as Complex Needs Plans.

We have requested copies of the relevant Complex Needs Plans for Jobcentre areas in Derbyshire but we have been told that these cannot be provided.

No clear reason has been given for this refusal.

I request a copy of each of the Complex Needs Plans for the Jobcentre areas in Derbyshire which are already covered by the UC Full Service – Erewash, Chesterfield, Amber Valley.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew Dutton

Dear Operations FOI Requests,

Many thanks for this information.

The Alfreton and Chesterfield plans appear, however, to be blank, is this so?

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Dutton
