I am writing to request under the freedom of information act any/all copies of correspondence and any other documentation to/from any of the below relating to Haemophilia or Factor VIII during the period January 1st 1981 – January 1st 1983. Preferably in PDF format though any format will suffice in the interest of keeping costs / time to a minimum if this is easier.

I am writing in response to your recent request for copies of
correspondence regarding Haemophilia and Factor VII. 

 

Your Question: I am writing to request under the freedom of information
act any/all copies of correspondence and any other documentation to/from
any of the below relating to Haemophilia or Factor VII during the period
January 1st 1985 – lst June 1985.  Preferably in PDF format though any
format will suffice in the interest of keeping costs / time to a minimum
if this is easier:

Our Response:   I am pleased to attach a file that provides redacted
copies of the correspondence that we hold.   We’ve redacted names and
information that could identify them.  For this reason, and in accordance
with Section 40(2) and Section 40(3) of the FOI Act  we have declined to
provide this information. As this is an absolute exemption,  we do not
have to apply the Public Interest Test in applying these exemptions.

I hope that this information will be of value to you.   However,  please
