Dear Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust,
I am writing to request under the freedom of information act any/all copies of correspondence and any other documentation to/from any of the below relating to Haemophilia or Factor VII during the period January 1st 1981 – January 1st 1983. Preferably in PDF format though any format will suffice in the interest of keeping costs / time to a minimum if this is easier.
