Dear Sir/Madam

Request for information – RFI 4402 - Copies of All Letters & Communications to Wiltshire Council Relating to the Proposed Extension to Residents Parking Zone H

Thank you for your request for information received 20 June 2012, and once again, I can only apologise for the lateness in sending a response to you. In response to your request:

I request anonymised copies of all correspondence sent to Wiltshire
Council in support of or in opposition to the recently proposed
extension of residents parking zone H. Please include all
correspondence between 2009 and today.

I am now able to give you an update. Due to the amount of information involved in response to your request - which totals 25mb in size - it wasn't easy to email this information to you due to the size and to ensure that you received this, I have been waiting for a CD to arrive from an officer in Salisbury who has been copying all the requested information on to a disc, which I now have received in this office.

Could I therefore please ask you to supply me with your current postal address in order for me to be able to forward the CD on to you.

Please note that one of the Committee Reports (Salisbury Transportation Plan Joint Committee (WCC) Report dated 7 January 2009) is already available on the councils' website - link as below:

http://cms.wiltshire.gov.uk/CeListDocume...

In addition to this information, a formal TRO advert ran between the 3rd to 28th May 2012 and in relation to this, we received a total of 150 comments from correspondents in response to the TRO. As with all comments submitted in response to a formal TRO advert a draft final report is then produced by a council officer which then goes through a formal process for eventual consideration by the Cabinet Member for Highways & Transport prior to the report being published on the council's website. Given the large number of items of correspondence received, it has been taking longer than first anticipated to go through all the comments as it was initially hoped that the final report would have been completed by the end of last month. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

I am therefore refusing this part of your request in relation to providing the contents of this latest report under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Information intended for future publication). (attached 'Word' document gives details of this). I have been informed that this report should be available for perusal on the council's website in the next couple of weeks and if you require a copy of this please let me know.

I hope the information received is what you were expecting. However, if you are unhappy with what has been provided, you can ask us to reconsider under the council’s review procedure (enclosed) or you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, 01625 545745. If you would like to discuss any of the information provided to you or would like further information on the review procedure, please contact me on the number below.

Information supplied under the Freedom of Information Act and/or Environmental Information Regulations will be subject to copyright protection under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Information can be re-used for the purposes of research for non-commercial purposes, for private study or for news reporting and reviews, without requiring formal consent. However, if you wish to re-use the information for commercial purposes, including publishing, you are required to seek the permission of the copyright owner. Permission to re-use Wiltshire Council’s copyright information is granted in the form of a licence. Authorisation to re-use copyright material not owned by Wiltshire Council should be sought from the copyright holders concerned.
