Dear FOI (NHS IMPROVEMENT - T1520),

No problem. If it makes it simpler please focus on frameworks in use for procurement of temporary doctors (locums) and nurses via agencies by hospitals.

We wish copies of the full framework agreements covering such engagements please.

As NHS Improvement licenses the frameworks we are hopeful this information will all be held. Additionally there is obviously a strong public interest in both the general public and the affected workers knowing the full terms of such agreements.

Yours sincerely,

Dr Colin Iain Campbell MBChB FRSPH

Dear NHS Improvement,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of NHS Improvement's handling of my FOI request 'Copies of all Framework Agreements'.

The request actually sought copies of the framework agreements themselves for temporary health workers
(agreements which we understand NHS Improvement overseas, we also understand that NHSI licenses the frameworks). Could these please be disclosed workers have a material interest in knowing terms which purport to concern them yet are not disclosed to them.

NHS Improvement must hold such information, surely?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Dr Colin Iain Campbell MBChB FRSPH
