Copies of all correspondence between Paul Irving (NERF) and NE (Richard Saunders Ian Carter)

Terry Pickford made this Freedom of Information request to Natural England

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Natural England,

I request under the Freedom of Information Act, copies of any correspondence (e-mail or written) between your Mr Richard Saunders and or Mr Ian Carter) and Mr Paul Irving Chairman of the North of England Raptor Forum and or Mr Ian Court Secretary NERF relating to the North West Raptor Group of which I am Conservation Officer. I am looking for any and all critical comment. I believe the interests of the members of the NWRG may have been undermined by Natural England’s discriminatory treatment which has resulted in the work we undertake to protect raptors being unfairly and unjustly placed at risk. There may well be a case to answer of unfair treatment under European Convention on Human rights, together with the principles of Natural Justice which clearly has been ignored by Natural England.

Yours faithfully,

T.R.Pickford
North West Raptor Group
